After the meeting, a proposal will be provided describing the professional design services for the project.
Using information gathered from the site visit, photos & survey provided; a conceptual plan will be developed and reviewed with the client.
Once the conceptual design has been finalized; a detailed set of construction or landscape installation plans will be created.
These detailed set of plans will be used to obtain permits as needed from local municipalities.
They will also be used to obtain pricing from qualified contractors.
Once a contractor has been selected, project management services will be provided to ensure that the project runs as smoothly as possible.
When the job is complete, the client is left with an outdoor space that they can't wait to use and experience.
